Caps Modelling Agency which specializes in presenting runway, plus size, editorial/high fashion, petite, fitness and print models will this Saturday exhibit clothes made from reusable materials.
The event is set to take place at the Windhoek Multi-purpose Youth Resources Centre in Katutura as from 19h30 for an entry fee for N$30. Event Organiser, Nick Ernos highlighted that the exhibition is a first of its kind event aimed at raising awareness of some of the benefits of using reusable materials, rather than dumping it and creating a health and environmental hazard to living areas and environment at large.
He noted that the exhibition is one that is also economically benefiting.
“All exhibits feature recycle materials such as paper and plastic bags of some sort. Those who will be attending the show should expect to see beautiful and stylish but fashionable clothing showcased by Caps Modelling Agency models while simultaneously experiencing an awesome exhibition by the models”.
Ernos further added that the team felt it was one of the best ways to better provide awareness regarding using recycle.
On, 20 October another show ‘Trashion Show’ will also be hosted, this is said to also be a runway show that will showcase more clothing made from more recycle materials.
