Terrace Bay is an angler’s paradise offering an exceptional coastal experience inside the famous Skeleton Coast Park in Northwest Namibia. The camp is located on the coast, set in an undisturbed and peaceful spot, surrounded by the majestic dunes of the northern Namib Desert. You can easily venture into the nearby Uniab River Delta, for a glimpse into Terrace Bay’s wildlife diaspora. You can hike, bird watch, spot game or witness breathtaking sunsets from atop the dunes.

Terrace Bay offers two types of accommodation: 2 beach chalets and 20 double rooms. The camp has a restaurant, a kiosk to stock up on any necessities, and a bar for socializing and relaxing.
Please note: If you plan on fishing, you must obtain your fishing license at the Ministry of Fisheries and Marine Resources before entering the Skeleton Coast Park.

Torra Bay

Torra Bay is a seasonal fishing retreat, situated inside the Skeleton Coast Park on the Atlantic coast. Open only in December and January, Torra Bay is famous in the angling circle due to the variety and quantity of fish that come down the Atlantic current. Other activities include bird watching, walking along the beach, and more fishing. The resort offers minimal facilities for a lesser impact on its natural surroundings: 60 campsites (that need to be booked in advance, and visitors are advised to bring all of their equipment with them), a shop, petrol station, and communal shower facilities.
